Project Qaf ("we", "our", or "us") is a personal Arabic linguistic assistant tool hosted at aspirebright.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your:
- Name and profile picture
- Email address
We also store the OpenRouter API key you provide, associated with your Google account, in our database (Firebase Firestore) solely to restore it on future visits.
How We Use Your Information
- To identify your account and restore your saved API key across devices
- We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising
- We do not store your search queries or analysis history
Third-Party Services
- Google Sign-In — for authentication only
- Firebase / Firestore — to store your API key
- OpenRouter — your API key is sent directly from your browser to OpenRouter to process Arabic word analysis requests
- Quran.com API — used to fetch Quran text, no personal data is sent
Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as you use the service. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at mohamearif@gmail.com.
